Born and educated in the Philadelphia area, Maureen graduated from St. Joseph's and Villanova University and taught school in Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Soon after, the "corporate life" led Maureen and her family around the east to Wilmington, DE; Virginia Beach, VA; Pittsburgh, PA and Wilton, CT. After settling in to Connecticut - and by now familiar to the process of buying and selling houses, Maureen was drawn to real estate.
Maureen Magee Robison listed and sold residential real estate in Fairfield County, Connecticut for fourteen years. Throughout that time, Maureen held several leadership positions on the local and state Board of Realtors. In 1993, Maureen was named Realtor of the Year.
Once settled in Wilmington, Maureen missed the energy and activity of real estate and asked to join Vance's team in 2003. Since that time, Maureen has learned about coastal living and enjoys being part of a successful team.
Born in Wilson, NC and graduated from NCSU in 1986 with a degree in Agriculture. I lived in Wilson and ran my family farm until 2000 when My wife and I, and our 2 sons moved to Wilmington. I have had my real estate license since 1985. I worked for First Wilson Properties in Wilson before moving and joining Vance Youngs' team at Intracoastal. Vance and I have been lifelong friends so it has been great working together in Wilmington.
I also owned and opperated a Construction company in Wilmington. We built many houses in the area from starter homes up to $2,000,000 spec homes. My experience in building is a great advantage to customers when looking at homes to purchase.
I look forward to the opportunity to assist in finding your new home.
Born in Chapel Hill and raised in Wilmington, NC, I know the area well. I graduated from Cape Fear Academy in 1988. After graduating fromHampden-Sydney College in 1993, I began my work career with Brame Specialty Company in Durham, NC. After holding various positions within the family-owned company, I began my sales career. My wife and I decided to move back to Wilmington in 1998 and I graduated from UNC-W with an MBA in 2000.
I continued with Brame Specialty Company until 2005 when an offer to assist in the management of a marine construction company enticed me to leave.
